Our payment terms are simple. Any materials need to be paid for in advance of the work commencing. Then the balance for the labour must be paid in full upon completion of the work. (Sometimes this is billed weekly if we are working on very large projects, but the weekly bill must be settled before work can commence the following week.)
The preparation work and sometimes the whole project can be billed on our hourly rate.
